And it's pure evil. I can't load anything, so that's why there's been nothing from me lately. Sorry there's been no christmas pics here. However if you trundle over to my tumblr page, there's new art there. BittyK.tumblr.com for safe for work only art, or bittykittyneko.tumblr.com for all art including nsfw and reblogs etc. I cannot upload anything here until the issue is resolved, and they're taking their sweet time in resolving, if they are at all. Here's some of what I've had to say about it.

I agreed with a user that we shouldn't have to keep doing updates on our system, and demanding we do is like telling us that we need to change our preferred browser because the new submit page isn't compatible with ours, then wrote the following:

Isn't it time to just put this new page to a vote for all forced (yes we were forced) into this test (and only them to prevent others to swing the votes either way), KEEP THE RESULTS VISIBLE TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON on deviantart, and change it accordingly?

Or just bite the bullet and change it back. With so much negativity about it, clearly it's not working and should never have been forced (yes, and I'll keep saying it too) on us.

I've been through the help desk with my problems as well as here and nothing's been done to solve the problem. I've been polite and am at the point of begging to be given the old page back. I don't want the new submission page, I don't like the new submission page, I shouldn't have to keep the new submission page. Nor should I have to pack up and leave or open another account just to post my art.

You say you're all about the art, and about the community. So prove it. Give the artists and community what they want. Please. And don't force something on us like this again. It's not right. Ask, and allow us the option to switch back if we don't like what we're using. It's only fair.

Thank you.

(The reply was more or less we've got bugs, but it's still all about you needing to keep all your settings up to date. Not our fault. Can I point out that my settings are all up to date and I still don't get a loading category box)

This was my reply:

Then fix the bugs so the page works. I haven't been able to submit for over a week because the category box won't load. I did what the help desk said, and they decided that there was no problem there and that they can't help me. I found that to be lack of customer service.

Also you ignored the whole point of what I said. You know, the part where you're supposed to prove you're all about the art and the community. PUT THE PAGE TO A VOTE NOW OR JUST GET RID OF IT. I MEAN, WHAT PART OF WE DON'T WANT IT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND? I feel like I'm trying to reason with my toddler. I get better results from him may I add.

Now, I don't want to deactivate my account because there are many artists who I watch who weren't forced to use this new way so I can still see their work, but until you (and it's not just you personally it's the whole admin team) see the light, I will not be paying for a new premium membership for an account I can't submit art to and is more or less useless. And from what I've read, neither will many of the other premium members who have to use this new submission process.
